Terms of Enrollment

The Free Drivers Ed Online course offered through Longhorn Driving School is provided for high school students in California as a community service. Longhorn Driving School is a California Non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Additional driving services may be provided in cooperation with affiliated companies and/or contracted service providers.

By enrolling in this Free Online Drivers Ed service, the student, parent, and/or guardian — or other responsible party in this transaction — agree to all the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

This course must be completed within 6 months as a condition of the offering. If additional time is needed, a $10.00 service fee may be assessed. After 6 months of enrollment, the student will be required to re-enroll or attend another school.

If a disagreement arises after course completion and the parent/guardian or student chooses not to pay for any services that may have been agreed upon, the student may — at the sole discretion of Longhorn Driving School — not receive a Completion Certificate, may be removed from enrollment, and may be required to attend another school.

Longhorn Driving School reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

All California DMV forms and certificates will be issued only once. If lost or stolen, a replacement requires a $20.00 research and processing fee.

Receiving Your Completion Certificate

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be entitled to a FREE Certificate of Completion to present to the California Department of Motor Vehicles to take your driving permit exam. You must contact our office to advise us of your preferred delivery method.

Longhorn Driving School will make every effort to prepare your Certificate of Completion along with a DMV form DL44 as quickly as possible. If you schedule a pick-up appointment, please allow up to 72 hours for preparation. All pick-up appointments are scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Mail option: We will mail your Certificate of Completion and DMV form DL44 for a handling fee of $10.00, payable in advance. Payment may be made via VISA, Mastercard, or PayPal — by telephone or online at longhorndrivingschool.com using your student login credentials.

Payment & Fees

All fees are non-negotiable unless prior arrangements have been made with management. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CHECK — NO EXCEPTIONS.

All payments must be made payable to “Longhorn Driving School” exclusively. All legal and collection fees incurred in the event of a dispute will be charged to the student’s account and any other responsible party. The cost of services is subject to change without notice.

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions that govern your use of services provided by Longhorn Driving School. “Longhorn Driving School” refers to the service provider; “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to you, the buyer.

By clicking “Submit” or signing any invoice issued by Longhorn Driving School, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to its terms and all policies posted on the site.

“Longhorn Driving School Site” refers to the site located at https://longhorndrivingschool.com or any successor sites owned or maintained by Longhorn Driving School.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By enrolling in any course or service offered by Longhorn Driving School, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions in this document. These terms are binding on the student, parent, guardian, and any other responsible party involved in this enrollment.
